7:30 p.m.

 

          The Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District convened in Special Session.  Directors Bob Swanson, Ken Perry, Doug Keck, James DeLaCruz and John Tobias were present together with District Manager/Engineer John S. Gregg, District Counsel David Pipal and Administrative Services Officer Janet L. Miller.

 

a.       Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

 

          President Swanson called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 

 

b.       Public Input:  Members of the Public are Invited to Speak on any Matter not on the Agenda

 

President Swanson asked if there were any comments from the Public.  Hearing none, he closed the public input portion of the meeting. 

 

1.       Hollister Area Treatment Plants

 

          District Manager/Engineer John S. Gregg presented a proposal to the Board, which was previously discussed with the Treatment Committee.  The Board discussed the proposal and had further questions.  The matter was referred back to Committee.

 

2.      Report and Discussion of 2001 San Felipe Water Supply

 

          District Manager/Engineer John S. Gregg distributed and spoke about a report from U. S. Bureau of Reclamation on the water supply allocation for water year 2001.

 

The Board adjourned to a Regular Meeting to be held on May 30, 2001 at 7:30 p.m., 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California.
