            The Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District convened in special session. All members of the Board were present together with Manager/Engineer, John S. Gregg, District Counsel, David E. Pipal, Administrative Services Officer, Janet L. Torres and Nancy Jones from Public Financial Management, Inc.

REVIEW DRAFT - DISTRICT’S INVESTMENT POLICY

Nancy Jones from Public Financial Management, Inc., presented an overview of the District’s Investment Policy and PFM’s recommendations.

President Swanson stated with the information provided and using the Draft Investment Policy as a baseline, the investment committee has enough information to develop an effective Draft Investment Policy for the District. Director Buzzetta stated he would like to get feedback from the Board members.

The matter was referred back to the Investment Committee for a presentation to the Board of Directors at the Regular Meeting in November.

 

 

 

            The Board adjourned to a Regular Meeting to be held on November 25, 1998 at, 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California.
