The Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District convened in Special Session. Directors Douglas Keck, Ken Perry, John Tobias and James DeLaCruz (via conference call) were present together with District Manager/Engineer John S. Gregg and District Counsel David Pipal.

The Board convened into closed session and returned to regular session stating that the Board authorized District Counsel to file suit in the matter of the City of Hollister’s secondary wastewater seasonal storage pond project.
