RESOLUTION NO. 2000-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING THE WATER USERS HANDBOOK
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
DELIVERING AND RECEIVING
SAN FELIPE PROJECT WATER, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, rules and regulations for Delivering and Receiving San Felipe Project Water was previously adopted by Resolution No. 87-19 and by Ordinance No. 13; and
WHEREAS, the Farmers’ Handbook Rules and Regulations for delivering and receiving San Felipe Project Water has been amended on numerous occasions; and
WHEREAS, rules and regulations for delivering and receiving San Felipe Project Water cover both agricultural and Municipal and Industrial; and
WHEREAS, the District is amending the rules and regulations for delivering and receiving San Felipe Project Water with respect to the allocation, purchase, use and payment for water.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District as follows:
The Water Users Handbook, Rules and Regulations for delivering and receiving San Felipe Project Water is hereby adopted and incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth herein and the Resolutions designated by number and title on Exhibit A, the substance of which are included in the Water Users Handbook Rules and Regulations for delivering and receiving San Felipe Water as amended or which are superceded are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District this 1st day of February, 2000 by the following vote:
