WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District regularly meets on the last Wednesday of each month; and

whereas, due to scheduling, the Board is unable to meet on its regular meeting date for the month of May, 2000.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolve that the regular meeting date of Wednesday, May 31, 2000 shall be changed to Wednesday, May 24, 2000 at 7:30 p.m., 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California, as the time, date and place for holding its regular meeting for the month of May, 2000.

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
