WHEREAS, as a result of cooperative efforts between San Benito County and the San Benito County Water District a joint application for funding a water quality monitoring plan was submitted to the State Water Resources Control Board; and

WHEREAS, that application was accepted and the proposed plan funded.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the District Manager is authorized to execute Agreement No. 9-141-0 between the District and the State Water Resources Control Board.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District this 24^th day of May, 2000 by the following vote:
