BOARD OF DIRECTORS
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
98-14
BE IT RESOLVED by
the Board of Directors of San Benito County Water District that:
Section 10 of Resolution 98-14 is
amended to read:
10.
Landowners
who elect to undertake the installation of extensions, additions and
modifications shall have the facilities installed by a competent experienced
contractor who is licensed for construction of water facilities by the State of
California and approved by the District Engineer and shall indemnify and hold
the District harmless from any personal injury, death or property damage
resulting therefrom.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the San
Benito County Water District this 17th day of July, 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: DIRECTORS: Gonzales, Tobias, Keck, Perry, Swanson
NOES: DIRECTORS None
ABSENT: DIRECTORS None
