RESOLUTION NO. 2000-16

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT

REGARDING AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

TO FORM THE WATER RESOURCES ASSOCIATION

OF SAN BENITO COUNTY

 

 

          BE IT RESOLVED by the San Benito County Water District that the Agreement to form the Water Resources Association of San Benito County, Section, 2 Powers is amended to read as follows:

 

f.                   To discuss and develop by consensus to the maximum extent possible positions on issues related to water, wastewater, water quality, drainage and flood control, including without limitation as those issues are affected by development proposals;  Provided, that the Association shall not take positions regarding the specific proposals, programs or projects of any member.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District on July 26, 2000 by the following votes:

NOES:         DIRECTORS:       None
