A RESOLUTION
APPROVING OF TOLLING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SAN BENITO
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AND THE UNITED
STATES
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District hereby approves of the Tolling Agreement for Claims Related to the Secretary of Interior’s 1995 Adoption of an Interim M & I Policy for Rate Setting and hereby authorizes the District Manager to sign said Agreement on behalf of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on the 25th day of April, 2001, by the following vote:
