A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT

AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT

FOR TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES

AND SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT

 

 

 

          BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District that:

 

The Board President is authorized to execute the CONTRACT FOR TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT for 2002 Water Year Surplus Water.

 

 

Passed and adopted this 24^th day of April, 2002, by the following vote:
