RESOLUTION NO. 2002-15

 

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT

ACCEPTING THE GRANT UNDER THE LOCAL GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE ACT OF 2000 – AB 303

(AGREEMENT NO. 4600002448 FOR $200,000.00)

AND DESIGNATING AN OFFICER TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT

 

 

          WHEREAS, the State shall provide a Grant from the Local Groundwater Assistance Fund to San Benito County Water District for the purpose of conducting groundwater studies or for carrying out groundwater monitoring and management activities in accordance with San Benito County Water District groundwater management authority.

 

          BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District accepts the grant and designates the President of the Board of Directors to sign the agreement.
