RESOLUTION NO. 2003-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE San Benito County Water District
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2000-18
ESTABLISHING DISTRICT POLICY REGARDING
CENTRAL VALLEY PROJECT WATER TRANSFER
AND CERTAIN RELATED MATTERS
now, therefore be it resolved, that Resolution 2000-18 is amended as follows:
1. Section 1 is amended to read:
That the District shall develop for use in Water Year 2003-2004 procedures for the sale of any additional San Felipe Project Water available during that water year to all landowners within Zone 6. That said sale of additional water shall be subject to the same conditions as applied to the sale of additional San Felipe Water to San Felipe Distribution System customers.
2. Section 10 is amended to read:
The policy established by this Resolution shall be effective through February 29, 2004.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on the 29th of January, 2003.
