WHEREAS, on behalf of the Water Resources Association (WRA) of San Benito, the San Benito County Water District has submitted an application for the State Water Resources Control Board’s Water Recycling Facilities Planning Grant Program; and

WHEREAS, the WRA of San Benito County has adopted a Resolution copy attached, approving the Regional Water Recycling Facilities Plan Study and providing for the funding of that study by Association member agencies.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the San Benito County Water District consents to the Association Regional Water Recycling Facilities Plan Study and commits to its share of funding as set forth in the Association Resolution.
