RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 22

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT

CHANGING THE REGULAR MEETING DATES

FOR THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, 2003

 

 

          WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District regularly meets on the last Wednesday of each month; and

 

          whereas, due to scheduling, the Board is unable to meet on its regular meeting dates for the months of November and December, 2003.

 

          NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolve that the regular meeting date of Wednesday, November 26, 2003 shall be changed to Wednesday, November 19, 2003 and Wednesday, December 24, 2003 shall be changed to Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at 7:30 p.m., 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California, as the time, date and place for holding its regular meetings for the months of November and December, 2003.

 

          This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.

 

          Passed and adopted this 24th day of September, 2003, by the following vote:

NOES:         DIRECTORS:        None
