RECOGNIZING MARGARET COLLINS

FOR HER FIFTEEN YEARS OF SERVICE

TO THE RESIDENTS AND CUSTOMERS

OF SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Margaret ‘Maggie’ Collins served the San Benito County Water District from November 14, 1988 until her retirement December 30, 2003, and

WHEREAS, after working as a Clerk-Receptionist she was then promoted to Office Specialist for the District, and

WHEREAS, her service has seen the Stream Cleanup Project, the introduction of Small Parcel Service, the establishment of the Lessalt Plant, the Membrane Filtration Pilot Project, the repairs of the Hollister Conduit at the Pacheco Creek, where she was instrumental compiling the construction documents for the Request for Proposal, and

WHEREAS, she has set the standard for courteous and committed service to the District’s customers, constituents and the general public, and

WHEREAS, Margaret Collin’s service has been one of personal sincerity, dignity, integrity and dedication to the customers and employees of the District.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District hereby proclaims its appreciation to Margaret Collins for her service, commitment and contribution to the District customers and the District wishes Margaret the best of luck in her retirement.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on December 17, 2003 by the following vote:
