A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE San Benito County Water District

designating agents authorized to make transfers

on the local agency investment fund

WHEREAS, the San Benito County Water District is required to designate agents authorized to make transfers to and from the Local Agency Investment Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Benito County Water District Board of Directors that the following persons, whose name appear below, are hereby authorized to make transfers to and from the Local Agency Investment Fund (L.A.I.F.) on behalf of the District. Signatures from two out of the three agents listed below will be required to conduct a transaction. The agents authorized are as follows:

John S. Gregg – District Manager

Maria E. Alfaro – Administrative Services Officer

Natalie Sullivan – Accountant

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28^th day of January 2004, by the following vote:

AYES: DIRECTORS Tobias, Swanson, Keck & DeLa Cruz

NOES: DIRECTORS None

ABSENT: DIRECTORS Perry
