A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE San Benito County Water District

AMENDING RESOLUTION 2000-18

ESTABLISHING DISTRICT POLICY REGARDING

CENTRAL VALLEY PROJECT WATER TRANSFER

AND CERTAIN RELATED MATTERS

now, therefore be it resolved, that Resolution 2000-18 is amended as follows:

1. Section 10 is amended to read:

Any additional water as defined in the Rules and Regulations for Delivering and Receiving San Felipe Distribution System Water shall be made available for sale to all landowners in Zone 6 as temporary and interruptible service otherwise subject to the same conditions as applied to the sale of additional San Felipe Water to San Felipe Distribution System customers. Any such sale shall be subject to approval by the Expansion Committee.

The policy established by this Resolution shall be effective through February 28, 2006.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on the 28th of January, 2004.
