RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
SETTING FORTH ITS INTENTIONS REGARDING
PERCOLUTION OF SAN FELIPE WATER FOR
WATER CONTRACT YEAR 1998/99
The Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District (District) hereby resolves as follows:
1. That Item 2 of Resolution 94-07 is suspended through February 28, 1999;
2. That San Felipe Water shall not be used for instream or other artificial percolation unless the Board specifically authorizes such action;
3. That the San Felipe water supply situation shall be reviewed on a monthly basis through September 1998 and reported to the Board at its regular monthly meeting; and
4. That Resolution shall be effective through February 18, 1999 at which time its provisions shall terminate.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on April 29, 1998 by the following vote:
