WHEREAS, on June 25, 1980 the San Benito County Water District (District) adopted Resolution No. 80-3, wherein the District incorporated by reference the Fair Political Practices Commission Standard Model Conflict of Interest Code; and

WHEREAS, upon biennial review of the code as required by law, the District has determined that certain amendments are necessary to Appendix No. 1 to include new positions and revise titles of existing positions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District, as follows:

1. District Resolution No. 96-19, adopted December 18, 1996 is incorporated herein.

2. Appendix No. 1 to the District’s Model Conflict of Interest Code is hereby amended as follows:

A. The designated positions shall include the five members of the Board of Directors, District Manager/Engineer, Administrative Services Officer, Operations and Maintenance Supervisor and District Counsel.

B. The disclosure category shall be A through E for all designated positions.

3. This resolution shall be submitted to the San Benito County Board of Supervisors acting as the code reviewing body for approval on or before December 29, 1998.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on August 26, 1998, by the following vote:
