WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District regularly meets on the last Wednesday of each month; and

whereas, the Board is unable to meet on its regular meeting date for the month of September because of the absence of the District Manager on that date;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolve that the regular meeting date of Wednesday, September 30, 1998 shall be changed to Wednesday, September 23, 1998 at 7:30 p.m., 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California, as the time, date and place for holding its regular meeting for the month of September, 1998.

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
