WHEREAS, Howard W. Harris has supported and assisted San Benito County Water District with technical advise from 1953 through the present;

WHEREAS, in 1953 acting as a consultant, assisted by Senator Donald Grunsky helped to form the San Benito County Water District;

WHEREAS, Howard W. Harris diligently served for forty plus years, through numerous Board of Directors as Technical Advisor;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District hereby, most sincerely, honors and commends Howard W. Harris for his years of distinguished services and his immeasurable contributions to the San Benito County Water District and San Benito County landowners and water users.
