WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District regularly meets on the last Wednesday of each month; and

whereas, the Board is unable to meet on its regular meeting date for the months of November and December because of scheduling conflicts of the Directors;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolve that the regular meeting date of Wednesday, November 25, 1998 shall be changed to Wednesday, November 18, 1998 at 7:30 p.m. and the regular meeting date of Wednesday, December 30, 1998 shall be changed to Tuesday, December 29, 1998, 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California, as the times, dates and place for holding its regular meeting for the months of November and December, 1998.

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
