A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN BENITO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN JUAN BAUTISTA AND
THE DISTRICT REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT
OF A CONCEPTUAL PLAN FOR THE DELIVERY AND TREATMENT
OF SAN FELIPE PROJECT WATER AS A SUPPLEMENT
TO THE CITY’S GROUNDWATER SUPPLY
BE IT RESOLVED
that the San Benito County Water District Board of Directors approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of San Juan Bautista and the District and authorize the execution of said agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on January 27, 1999 by the following vote:
