WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District regularly meets on the last Wednesday of each month; and

whereas, the Board is unable to meet on its regular meeting date for the month of March because of scheduling conflicts;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolve that the regular meeting date of Wednesday, March 31, 1999 shall be changed to Wednesday, March 24, 1999 at 7:30 p.m., 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California, as the time, date and place for holding its regular meeting for the month of March, 1999.

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
