WHEREAS The Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District hereby resolves as follows:

1. That Item 2 of Resolution 94-07 is suspended through February 29, 2000;
2. That San Felipe water shall only be used for instream or other artificial percolation under the following conditions:

1. That San Justo Reservoir is full (elevation 500); and
2. Excess Hollister Conduit Capacity is available.

1. That this Resolution shall be effective through February 29, 2000 at which time its provisions shall terminate.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on March 24, 1999 by the following vote:

NOES: DIRECTORS: None

ABSENT: DIRECTORS: Rupert
