WHEREAS, the District entered into a binding agreement for early renewal (Binding Agreement No. 8 –07-20-W0130-BA) of the Water Supply Contract between the United States and the District; and

WHEREAS, the United States Department of Interior Bureau of Reclamation has requested a Board Resolution of the name of the individual(s) designated to represent and negotiate on behalf of the District.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that John S. Gregg, District Manager/Engineer is designated as contractor representative for the San Benito County Water District and is designated to represent and negotiate on behalf of the San Benito County Water District a renewal of the District’s Long-Term Water Service Contract.

The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on April 28, 1999 by the following vote:

AYES: DIRECTORS: Swanson, Perry, Tobias, Rupert, Gonzales

NOES: DIRECTORS: None

ABSENT: DIRECTORS: None
