WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District regularly meets on the last Wednesday of each month; and

whereas, due to scheduling, the Board is unable to meet on its regular meeting date for the months of November and December23

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors hereby resolve that the regular meeting date of Wednesday, November 24, 1999 shall be changed to Wednesday, November 17, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. and the regular meeting date of Wednesday, December 29, 1999 shall be changed to Wednesday, December 22, 1999, 30 Mansfield Road, Hollister, California, as the times, dates and place for holding its regular meeting for the months of November and December, 1999.

This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
