WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 68-9, 77-4, 91-12, and 94-24 are either obsolete or have been superseded by subsequent resolutions or ordinances; and

WHEREAS, the District wishes to repeal said resolutions;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District hereby resolves as follows:

Resolutions 68-9, 77-4, 91-12, and 94-24, all of which have become obsolete or have been superseded by subsequent resolution or ordinance of the District are hereby repealed.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Benito County Water District held on the 27^th of October, 1999, by the following vote:

AYES: DIRECTORS: Perry, Tobias, Gonzales, Rupert

NOES: DIRECTORS: None

ABSENT: DIRECTORS: Swanson
